Hybrid Source Anchor and Immutable ID Matcher
Convert declared anchor formats and compare exact local AD/Entra exports.
Exact local comparison only. A matched anchor does not establish identity ownership, sync configuration, hard-match eligibility or migration safety. Opaque string anchors stay literal; binary anchors compare bytes. Possible case/byte-order collisions are findings, never matches. No tenant lookup or directory write occurs.
Maximum 512 characters. Binary hex/Base64 uses exact bytes; UUID text uses AD mixed byte order. Opaque strings preserve whitespace and case without implicit Base64 conversion. This does not validate provider sourceAnchor restrictions.
